- Advertisement & Notification Vacancies are published in leading newspapers and on the college website, specifying qualifications as per AICTE/DTE norms.
- Eligibility Criteria Candidates must hold degrees from AICTE-recognized institutions. Minimum qualifications vary by post (e.g. Lecturer, HOD and Principal).
- Selection Process Includes application screening, demo lectures, interviews by a board (Principal, HODs, external experts), and merit-based ranking.
- Offer & Appointment Selected candidates receive formal offer letters. Appointments may be probationary, contractual or permanent.
- Induction & Training New faculty may be required to undergo induction or refresher programs during probation.
Recruitment Policies
- Working Hours & Attendance Standard hours are 10:00 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday. Late arrivals may result in leave deductions.
- Leave Policies Includes casual, earned, maternity, and vacation leave. Vacation eligibility may vary by role (e.g., teaching vs. admin staff).
- Code of Conduct Faculty must maintain professionalism, avoid favoritism, and adhere to ethical teaching practices.
- Performance Review Regular appraisals are conducted. Promotions and increments are based on experience, qualifications, and performance.
- Probation & Confirmation Probationary staff are reviewed periodically. Unsatisfactory performance may lead to termination or extended probation.
- Retirement & Resignation Standard retirement age is 60. Resignation requires notice (usually one month) and clearance of dues.
