Grievance Redressed Committee
Objective
The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted to address and resolve any grievances or complaints raised by students, faculty, and staff in a fair and transparent manner. The committee ensures that concerns are heard and addressed promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive environment in the institution.
Scope of Grievances
Grievances may include, but are not limited to:
- Academic issues (attendance, examination, evaluation, etc.)
- Harassment (sexual, mental, or physical)
- Discrimination (based on gender, caste, religion, etc.)
- Infrastructure-related issues
- Any other concern affecting students' or employees' welfare

How to Submit a Grievance
Students, staff, and faculty members may submit their grievances in any of the following ways:

- Email – mesietgrievance@gmail.com
- Drop Box – Grievance Drop Box placed near the administrative office
All complaints will be handled confidentially, and necessary action will be taken within a stipulated time frame.
Grievance Redressal Process
- Receipt and acknowledgment of grievance
- Preliminary review by the committee
- Investigation and discussion with relevant parties
- Resolution and communication to the complainant
- Follow-up for effectiveness of the solution
Policy & Guidelines
- The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential.
- Retaliation against complainants is strictly prohibited.
- The committee will meet at least once a month and as needed.
