Grievance Redressed Committee

Objective

The Grievance Redressal Committee (GRC) has been constituted to address and resolve any grievances or complaints raised by students, faculty, and staff in a fair and transparent manner. The committee ensures that concerns are heard and addressed promptly and effectively, fostering a positive and inclusive environment in the institution.

How to Submit a Grievance

Students, staff, and faculty members may submit their grievances in any of the following ways:

  3. Drop Box – Grievance Drop Box placed near the administrative office

All complaints will be handled confidentially, and necessary action will be taken within a stipulated time frame.

Grievance Redressal Process

  1. Receipt and acknowledgment of grievance
  2.  Preliminary review by the committee
  3. Investigation and discussion with relevant parties
  4. Resolution and communication to the complainant
  5. Follow-up for effectiveness of the solution

Policy & Guidelines

  • The identity of the complainant will be kept confidential.
  • Retaliation against complainants is strictly prohibited.
  • The committee will meet at least once a month and as needed.
